Charlotte Gets Her Call

Charlotte received her call on Thursday, Oct. 13th but waited to open it the next day so she could have her Nana and friends there. Her Aunt Donita and cousin McKenna were on the phone listening to all the excitement!
The funny thing was 5 minutes before her dad, Jason, checked the mail, we were talking about how to go onto her email for her mission (that's how Carmen knew they had already given her a call.) but we couldn't really figure it out.  Then Jason checked the mail and ran all the way back home and said it's here. We were blown away because it had only been a week and a half since they turned in her papers.  We know she is meant to serve in this mission!  She really wanted to learn a language but our faith is secure that the Lord knows what she needs and where she needs to be.  It's not where you go but what you do to serve the Lord.
It reminds me of the hymn, "I'll go where you want me to go dear Lord, over mountains or plains or sea. I'll go where you want me to go dear Lord, I'll be what you want me to be."

Our new missionary!  Now we have two missionaries in our family! WOW!  I love that our children have a desire to serve the Lord!

Look out Indiana, Indianapolis here comes one great missionary!
